Challenges We Solved

01.
Inclement Weather
We worked through the winter months to meet the aggressive construction schedule.
02.
Contaminated Soils
The site had mercury and petroleum soils that were disposed of in-state as well as hazardous PCB soils that were hauled to Michigan
03.
Tight Site Area
We managed to work in a tight area which included our multiple scopes of work, the general contractor pouring concrete, and the Southwest Light Rail construction happening directly adjacent to our site.
