Employee Recognition Programs

Recognize peers who embody Veit values! Winners are selected monthly, featured on Veit's social platforms, and receive Veit Threads merchandise credit. Every nominator is entered into a yearly grand prize drawing.

Veit’s safety recognition program rewards strong performance, long-term commitment, and proactive participation through multiple awards. It recognizes individual achievements and consistent safety efforts with public acknowledgment, prizes, and gifts, reinforcing a strong safety culture.

The Photo of the Month Contest invites employees to share photos that highlight life at Veit—from safety-approved jobsite moments to company events, family life, and more. Each month, one winning photo is chosen to receive a Veit Threads gift card and may be featured in company communications.

Veit honors employee commitment at key milestones. Team members are recognized with gifts at 1, 3, and 5 years of service. At 10 years, employees receive a gold ring featuring a bulldozer pushing diamonds. Diamonds are added every five years through year 20, with employees reaching 25 years and beyond also receiving an additional monetary gift at each five‑year milestone.
