Britton brings a lifelong passion for construction, equipment, and technology to Veit. Beginning his career as an equipment operator, he advanced through field leadership roles overseeing project teams, operations, and large-scale construction projects, providing him with a unique perspective that bridges field execution and strategic decision-making. As an early adopter of GPS and machine control technology in construction, Britton recognized the potential of data-driven solutions long before they became industry standard. Today, he helps shape the future of construction technology through his work on Caterpillar’s Excavator and Earthmoving Technology Advisory Panels, where he provides input on the next generation of equipment, automation, and jobsite solutions.
Known for combining operational experience with a passion for innovation, Britton is committed to developing teams, improving performance, and creating practical solutions that help Veit’s employees succeed. He values Veit’s culture of investing in its people and providing the resources needed to do the job right the first time.
Outside of work, Britton enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, mountain biking, alpine skiing, and coaching youth sports.
