Jesse Roush

Senior Vice President of Operations

Jesse started working with Veit in 2002. He began as an estimator and project manager, then moved up to be the  senior vice president of operations. Jesse’s primary duties are leading the sales and marketing strategy and initiatives and working with the field operations, heavy equipment, and fleet maintenance teams. He also collaborates with project management and office teams regarding project needs, workflows, schedules, and safety.

Jesse’s entire career has been in construction. He worked as a laborer throughout college at Minnesota State University of Mankato and joined Veit after graduating. Jesse enjoys the people he works with, saying, “I believe our teams are the best in the industry and can overcome any challenges we encounter.”

He also likes the variety of projects and challenges that come Veit’s way. “Our work is always changing,” he says. “Our industry is  never stale.” Jesse appreciates Veit’s experienced staff and believes that the expertise throughout the company enables Veit to perform such a wide variety of work.

When he’s not working, Jesse enjoys spending time relaxing with family and friends. He enjoys the outdoors, and a few of his hobbies are golfing, fishing, and hunting.
