Kelly Hansen

Senior Vice President, People and Culture

Kelly joined Veit in January of 2022 and serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. Kelly is passionate about people and organizational development and brings over 20 years of experience in human resources in manufacturing, construction, property management, and retail. 

In her role, Kelly partners with the members of the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to help support the company’s growth including employee development, workforce planning, and talent & performance management. 

Kelly graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and went on to receive her master’s degree in Management from the College of St. Scholastica and her certification as a Professional in Human Resources. 

Kelly and her husband keep busy with their three children and three dogs. In her free time, you can find Kelly watching her kids play sports, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
