Vice President of Operations, Demolition, Industrial Cleaning, CIPP, Diving & Dredging

Ryan Olson joined the Veit team in 2000 and brings more than 30 years of industry experience, with a career-long focus on commercial demolition. As Vice President of Operations for Veit’s Demolition, Industrial Cleaning, CIPP, Diving, and Dredging divisions, Ryan works closely with his teams to translate strategic direction into disciplined execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on budget.

Committed to advancing both Veit and the industry as a whole, Ryan remains actively involved in the demolition community and supports workforce development initiatives. He currently serves on the advisory board for the equipment operator program at Central Lakes College, helping shape opportunities for future industry professionals.

Ryan enjoys the fast-paced nature of the industry, the challenge of complex projects, and collaborating with people across all areas of the business. He is passionate about identifying new opportunities, growing Veit’s capabilities, and helping position the company for long-term success.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife Sherri and their six children. As a family, they like to participate in outdoor activities including boating, motorcycling, hunting, and ice fishing. They have two dogs, Josie and Lola.
