You’re experienced, hands-on, and ready to lead by example. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
5+ years overseeing crews in deep foundation systems.
Experience with drills, concrete pumps, and batch plants.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest.
