Jesse Roush

Senior Vice President of Operations, Earthwork, Utilities & Foundations

Jesse started working with Veit in 2002 as an estimator and project manager. Today, Jesse is the Senior Vice President of Operations. His primary responsibilities include the safety, quality, efficiency, and consistent project delivery across our Earthwork, Utilities, and Foundation field teams. Jesse works closely with his team to translate enterprise direction into disciplined execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget.

Jesse’s entire career has been in construction. He worked as a laborer throughout college at Minnesota State University of Mankato and joined Veit shortly after graduating. Jesse enjoys the people he works with, saying, “I believe our teams are the best in the industry and can overcome any challenges we encounter.”

He enjoys the variety of projects and challenges that come Veit’s way. “Our work is always dynamic,” he says. “Our industry is never stale.” Jesse values Veit’s experienced operational teams and believes that the expertise throughout the company enables Veit to perform a wide variety of complex projects.

When he’s not working, Jesse enjoys spending time relaxing with family and friends. He enjoys the outdoors, and a few of his hobbies are golfing, fishing, and hunting.
